SuperLenny Casino Review

SuperLenny Homepage

Who is the SuperLenny? Some say he is the man in the know, others say he is ageless and ever present, more still say he’s the guy who knows what’s going to happen before it happens; a friend, a legend, a… stag. We’re sad to say that we can’t shed any light on the origin of this enigmatic figure, but we can tell you a bit about his casino.

Running on the Everymatrix platform and offering 650+ games from numerous software providers, this instant play online casino hosts Slots, Jackpots, Live Games and more, and they do it with style. A classy, graphically impressive website puts you in the mood for fun and mischief, and an original take on the loyalty scheme adds yet more character.

Since the casino was only opened in 2014, self-declaring itself as ‘legendary’ could be seen to be taking things a little too far; but actually, from a marketing perspective, the creation of SuperLenny as a legendary yet faceless man of mystery gives the casino’s Swedish developers carte blanche to invent a history of their own, and this has intrigued players no end.

Software, Platform, Games

SuperLenny Games

NetEnt are the favourite provider at SuperLenny, but they have kept things varied by also including hits from Microgaming, Play’N Go, WMS, Ash Gaming and Playtech, among a few others. All in all this adds up to over 520 slots from some of the biggest names in the industry. Not too shabby.

The homepage displays only what you need to see, no extraneous tabs or banners, allowing you to get stuck into playing. Navigating the game roster is no trouble at all thanks to clever filtering options in the dropdown menu, creating numerous pathways to find the right game for you. The customary search bar is also an option if you have an old favourite in mind.

Clicking the ‘info’ button on a game will bring up some basic details as well as – and we love this – customer reviews. That’s right, players can review the slots they play to help each other out. This is not only genuinely useful but it builds trust between the player and the Casino. Nice work Lenny.

Slots – You’ll never get bored with the selection on offer here. They also get first dibs on NetEnt’s new releases. Go for Bier Haus if you’re a drinker, or 300 Shields if your spoiling for a fight.

Jackpots – “A casino without the biggest jackpots isn’t a casino” says SuperLenny. Well he’s got ‘em, and they’re big (his Jackpots – behave yourself). There are around 17 to try your luck at and they have hit £10 million in the past.

Table Games – Of the 30+ games in this section, Baccarat Banker and Aces & 8’s Poker would be our suggestions.

Live Games – NetEnt and Evolution Gaming share responsibility for the Live Casino, which includes Blackjack Pro, their very own SuperLenny Roulette, and for something a little different – Football Studio.

The site itself is incredibly well designed in terms of theme and tone, carrying a sense of gentrification and sophistication with a comical twist. The calibre of the visuals does impede performance at times, but what’s a few extra seconds loading time when each page is so detailed and appealing visually? It certainly didn’t bother us.

The website is an altogether amusing place to be, peppered with Chuck Norris style jokes and legends, one corker being “Lenny was there in Vegas when the very first hand of Poker was dealt. He folded… and he still won.” You can’t not smile at that.

SuperLenny MobileSince SuperLenny did such a sterling job with the desktop site, we had high hopes for his mobile offering. Sadly, things weren’t quite as impressive on a smaller screen. The necessity to streamline the site to fit a mobile screen strips it of almost all of the character and individuality achieved previously, for a start. Points given for carrying over almost the entire game collection though.

The fact that the site is graphic heavy becomes more of an issue on mobile too, with slow loading game tiles and jumpy handling in places; we will say, though, that we had fewer issues with the website than with the app. Curiously, there is no header at the top of the page, which doesn’t really matter but it’s odd none the less and made us wonder whether the page had fully loaded.

The menu button is right down the bottom which wasn’t where we looked instinctively, but once found it can be used to access Live Chat as well as the Live Casino and Sportsbook etc.

Creating their own antler laden, moustachioed figure head wasn’t enough for the guys at SuperLenny, so they created their own currency as well – BUX. Of course, these are essentially just comp points by another name, but they do deserve a special mention, and here’s why: BUX are redeemable for free spins on any game from the suite that you choose, and what’s more, wins from these spins don’t carry any wagering requirements – zero, nada, nothing.

This is something that you see every day, and it makes the reward scheme stand out from the crowd. BUX can be earned by completing assignments set by SuperLenny once you have signed up.

Oh and also, BUX = Bucks (male deer)/Bucks (money) – geddit?

Aiming to process withdrawals within 24 hours is yet more proof that SuperLenny want their customers to be happy and feel fairly treated. Players aren’t exactly flooded with options when it comes to banking, although the selection should be diverse enough to suit all but the most particular of players. Their limits are in line with the industry standard, but for more specifics see the table below:

Banking Method Min/Max Deposit Min/Max Withdrawal Withdrawal Time
Visa Debit £10-£5,000 £20-£50,000 3-4 Working Days
Visa Credit/MasterCard £10-£5,000 £20-£50,000 3-4 Working Days
Skrill £10-£5,000 £20-£50,000 Up to 24 hours
Neteller £10-£5,000 £20-£50,000 Up to 24 hours
Paysafecard £10-£500 £20-£50,000 3-4 working Days via BACS

SuperLenny LogoWe have the Swede’s to thank for SuperLenny (thanks Sweden!) since it was 3 gaming enthusiasts from the country that brought us IKEA who came up with the enigmatic man beast who fronts the casino.

The site, owned by Betit Operations Ltd who also own Thrills Casino, launched in March of 2014 bringing something truly novel to the industry. Don’t let the youthful veneer fool you though; Betit employ around 150 people and have licenses from the UK Gambling Commission as well as Curacau eGaming and Malta Gaming Authority, with Malta being their official home.

The company was voted Best New Casino for 2014 by and, but with so few years under their belt there will be much more to say about their future than their past.

Customer Support

SuperLenny TwitterWe love a live chat here at BettingWebsites, and SuperLenny offers an extremely responsive service that is available 24/7 in four languages. E-mail is another option, usually taking no longer than 3 hours or so to get a reply. There is a stripped back FAQ but this won’t be much help for anything other than the most basic of queries, and they don’t advertise a phone line – although we did some digging and found one for you.

So, customer support gets a big tick in terms of availability and response times, but what about trustworthiness and customer care? You will be pleased to hear that the few disputes on record were solved satisfactorily, with SuperLenny handling the whole business courteously and professionally.
